Filipino-Style Pancit Canton

- β1 package Pancit Canton
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrots
- β1 cup Snow peas
- β1 cup Cooked chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until the onion is translucent.

Add the carrots and snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken breast and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.
