Wild Mushroom Fajitas
A classic Mexican dish made with sautéed wild mushrooms and served with saudia flatbread.
Ingredients
- ●250g wild mushrooms
- ●4 pieces saudia flatbread
- ●2 tbsp vegetable oilfor frying
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 medium onionchopped
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the wild mushrooms and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.

Warm the saudia flatbread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the fajitas by placing the sautéed mushrooms onto the flatbread and serving hot.
