Creamy Pasta Bake
A rich and comforting pasta dish, made with a creamy mixture of yoghurt and buttery goodness. Perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients
- β250g Portuguese pasta
- β100g Kneaded pasta dough (from previous recipe)
- β50g Buttery
- β200g Yoghurt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.

Cook the Portuguese pasta according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, melt the buttery over low heat.

Add the kneaded pasta dough to the pan and stir until it's well combined with the buttery.

Remove the pan from heat and stir in the yoghurt until smooth.

Combine the cooked pasta with the yoghurt mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with additional kneaded pasta dough if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
