Crispy Vietnamese Spring Rolls
A delicious and crunchy snack made with crispy spring rolls, andouille sausage, and vietnamese ingredients. Serve with a side of sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package (20-25 rolls) Crispy spring rollsFound in most Asian markets or online
- β1/2 pound, sliced Andouille sausageCanned or fresh works
- β1 cup, shredded Vietnamese roll filling (or alternative of choice)Typically includes carrots, cucumbers, mint, and basil
- β1/4 cup, cooked Kombu noodlesOptional, adds a seaweed flavor
- β1/4 cup, chopped CilantroGarnish
- β- Sweet chili sauceFor serving

1. Cook the kombu noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
