Argentinian Shrimp Pasta
A classic Argentinian-inspired dish featuring succulent shrimp and pasta in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients

- β8 oz (225g) pastalinguine or fettuccine
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon chili flakesoptional
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tablespoons chopped parsleychopped

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
