Saudi Arabian Custard Cake
A rich and creamy dessert with saudi and vanilla flavors, inspired by the traditional arabian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 cup saudicrushed
- β1 tsp vanillaextract
- β1 cup custardheavy cream
- β1 cup silkpowdered sugar
- β1 tsp arabianground cinnamon
- β3 eggslarge
- β1 cup milkwhole

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Mix crushed saudi and ground cinnamon in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, custard, and vanilla extract.

Add eggs to the milk mixture and whisk until smooth.

Gradually add the saudi mixture to the milk mixture and whisk until combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
