Knotty Italian Pasta
A fusion dish combining the flavors of Mexico and Italy. Knotty Italian pasta is a unique take on traditional Mexican pasta dishes.
Ingredients
- ●250g Italian PastaAny shape of pasta will do
- ●2 Shattering Knotty PepperAny type of pepper will do
- ●120g Italian CheeseParmesan or Mozzarella work well
- ●2tbsp Vegetable OilFor sautéing
- ●2 cloves GarlicMince before adding to pan
Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the Italian pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.

3. While the pasta cooks, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add the shattering knotty pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

6. When the pasta is done cooking, drain and return it to the pot.

7. Add the cooked pepper and garlic mixture to the pasta.

8. Sprinkle the Italian cheese over the pasta and toss to coat.
