Irish Cheese Ploughmans Lunch
A traditional Irish ploughman's lunch featuring cheese, bread, and pickles, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

- β250g Ploughmans cheeseA firm, crumbly Irish cheese
- β4 slices Kooky breadA crusty bread, suitable for making sandwiches
- β4 slices Gooey pickle slicesHomemade or store-bought pickle slices
- β20g Northern Irish butterUnsalted butter for spreading on bread
- β4 sprigs Fresh parsleyFor garnish

1. Slice the Ploughmans cheese into thin wedges.

3. Place two slices of bread on a clean surface, followed by a slice of cheese, a few pickle slices, and a sprig of parsley.
