Pepper Pasta Bake
A comforting and easy pasta bake recipe with a crispy top and a flavorful pepper sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- ●250g pastapenne or fusilli work well
- ●2 kookymushrooms, sliced
- ●2 gooeymozzarella, sliced
- ●1 pepperbell pepper, sliced
- ●20g norwegianfeta cheese, crumbled
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced kooky, gooey, and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, vegetable mixture, and crumbled norwegian. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with sliced gooey.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
