- β4 cups Herbal Broth
- β2 medium Kooky OnionsChopped

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they begin to soften, about 3 minutes.

Add the herbal broth, lemon juice, salt, and parsley.
