Kosher Manti with Semi-Skimmed Milk Sauce
Traditional Central Asian dish with steamed dumplings and a creamy milk sauce.

- β1 package Manti doughstore-bought
- β500g Kosher ground meatbeef or mutton
- β1 medium Onionfinely chopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β250ml Semi-skimmed milkfor sauce
- β250ml Milk saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp Withground cumin
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Combine ground meat, onion, garlic, and salt. Mix well.

Divide Manti dough into small pieces and roll out into thin circles.

Place a tablespoon of meat mixture onto each dough circle and fold into a triangle.

Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the milk sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
