American Coleslaw
A classic American-style coleslaw made with shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, and a hint of vinegar. Perfect as a side dish for grilled meats or as a topping for burgers.
Ingredients
- β1 head, shredded Cabbage
- β1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- β2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- βpinch Salt
- βpinch Black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and salt. Massage the cabbage with your hands for 5 minutes to help remove excess water.

Add the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to the bowl. Mix until the slaw is well coated.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Cover and refrigerate the slaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
