Pasta with Guanciale and Canadian Bacon

- β12 oz (340g) Pasta
- β6 slices (about 3 oz / 85g) GuancialeItalian cured meat
- β4 slices (about 4 oz / 115g) Canadian Bacon
- β1 LateA pinch of late-night craving
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 cloves (minced) Garlic

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, cook guanciale over medium heat until crispy.

Remove guanciale from skillet and set aside.

Add Canadian bacon to skillet and cook until browned.
