Luscious Mexican Pozole
A hearty, comforting Mexican stew made with tender pork, hominy, and a blend of spices. Serve with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of feta for a flavorful treat.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder
- β2 cups Pozole
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Chili powder
- β1/2 cup Feta cheese
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Brown the pork shoulder in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.

Add the cumin and chili powder to the pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add the pozole to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

Shred the pork with two forks and return it to the pot.
