Lazy Day Brandy Pie
A comforting dessert featuring lazy-made crust, rich brandy filling, and a crunchy nut topping.
Ingredients
- β1 pie crust Lazily-made pie crustStore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup BrandyBourbon or other rich whiskey
- β1/2 cup Chopped nutsAlmonds or walnuts
- β1 cup Granulated sugarAdjust to taste
- β2 Large eggsFresh and room temperature
- β1 tsp Vanilla extractPure extract

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
