Danmuji Fried Skillet
A sweet and savory breakfast dish featuring danmuji and lazy day potatoes. Perfect for a weekend brunch.
Ingredients
- β2 large Lazy Day Potatoes
- β1 cup, sliced Danmuji
- β1 Canadian Skillet
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1/4 cup, sliced Green Onionsoptional
- β2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantrooptional

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced danmuji and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until slightly caramelized.

Add the sliced green onions and cook for an additional minute.

Add the sliced lazy day potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they're tender and lightly browned.
