Croatian Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

- ●1 cup bechamel saucehomemade or store-bought
- ●1 cup gruyere cheesegrated
- ●1/2 cup parmesan cheesegrated

Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
