Bresaola Hash with Lazy Sunday Breakfast

- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 Eggs
- β1/4 cup shredded Dutch Cheese
- β2 Sunday Sausagesoptional

1. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

2. Slice the bresaola into thin strips.

3. In a pan, cook the hash browns until crispy.

4. Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook until softened.

5. Add the bresaola to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

6. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the bresaola mixture.

7. Sprinkle the shredded Dutch cheese over the top of the eggs and bresaola.
