Greek Crumble Oatmeal for Sunday
A delicious and healthy breakfast option for a lazy Sunday morning. This crumble oatmeal is made with gluten-free oatmeal and topped with a crunchy greek yogurt crumble.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- β1/4 cup Lazy raisin
- β1 tsp Sunday honey
- β1/4 cup Smoky almonds
- β2 tbsp Crumble brown sugar
- β1/4 tsp Greek vanilla extract

In a pot, bring to a boil 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of gluten-free oatmeal.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the oatmeal has absorbed the water.

In a separate bowl, mix together greek yogurt, lazy raisin, and sunday honey.

In a separate pan, toast the smoky almonds until fragrant.

In a small bowl, mix together crumble brown sugar and greek vanilla extract.
