Venezuelan Bowl with Lazy Umeboshi Meat
A twist on traditional Venezuelan cuisine, this recipe combines the flavors of la parilla with the tanginess of umeboshi. Perfect for a lazy Sunday dinner.

- β4 cups Bowl of mixed greensarugula, spinach, lettuce
