Lemon Chicken Bowl
A simple and flavorful dish made with crispy chicken, served on top of a bed of greens, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

- ●2 tbsp lemony olive oil
- ●2 cups crisp lettuce
- ●1/4 cup syrian feta cheese (optional)optional for those who can consume dairy

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the lemony olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken breast to the bowl and toss to coat.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad by washing and drying the crisp lettuce.
