Peruvian Nougat Pilaf
A light and airy Peruvian-inspired pilaf dish with nougat for added sweetness.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Light Pilaf Ricemedium grain rice
- β1/2 cup Peruvian Nougatcrushed
- β2 tablespoons Airy Vegetable Oilfor frying
- β1 teaspoon Andean Spicesground cumin, paprika, and coriander
- β1 pinch Saltto taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped (optional)

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the pilaf rice and cook until lightly toasted, about 2-3 minutes.
