Brazilian Fish Bowl
A light and refreshing dish inspired by Brazilian cuisine, featuring pan-seared fish and a tangy bowl.
Ingredients
- β4 pieces Fish Fillets
- β2 tbsp Light Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup Tangy Lime Juice
- β2 tsp Brazilian-Style Seasoning
- β1 cup Rice
- β2 cups Mixed Greens
- β1/2 cup Sliced Red Onion
- β1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Crushed Peanutsfor garnish

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.

In a separate bowl, mix together the lime juice, Brazilian-style seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

To assemble the bowls, place a portion of cooked rice on the bottom, followed by a piece of fish, some mixed greens, sliced red onion, and diced tomatoes.
