Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) NoodlesBlanched
- β2 tbsp (30ml) Light Sesame Oil
- β1 tsp (5ml) Soy Sauce
- β1/4 cup (30g) Sesame Seeds
- β1 cup (115g) Chopped Cucumber
- β1 cup (55g) Chopped Carrot
- β1/4 cup (15g) Sliced Green Onion

Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Blanch the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water.
