Crispy Pork Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe that serves a crowd with flavorful crispy pork.
Ingredients
- β500g pork shoulderthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 onionthinly sliced
- β1 bell pepperthinly sliced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tablespoon oyster sauceoptional
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
