Stir-fried Boiled Chicken with Chinese Broccoli
A quick and easy Chinese-inspired dish made with boiled chicken, Chinese broccoli, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boiled chicken breast
- β1 bunch Chinese broccoli
- β2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon Algerian chili flakes
- β1 cup Bowl of water
- β1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger

1. Cut the boiled chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

2. Cut the Chinese broccoli into florets and set aside.

3. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

5. Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
