Grilled Brazilian Fish Fillet with Light Bowl
A delicious and healthy Brazilian-inspired dish featuring a grilled fish fillet served with a light and refreshing bowl of mixed greens.
Ingredients
- β2 Fish filletAny firm white fish works well, such as tilapia or mahi-mahi
- β2 tbsp Light olive oilFor grilling the fish
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFor marinating the fish
- β4 cups Mixed greensFor the light bowl
- β1 cup Cherry tomatoesHalved and added to the light bowl
- β1/2 cup Red onionThinly sliced and added to the light bowl

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, light olive oil, and Brazilian-style seasoning blend.
