Mediterranean Chicken Pasta
A light and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired pasta dish made with chicken, olives, and feta cheese.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Light Mediterranean PastaChoose a gluten-free option if needed
- β1/2 cup Buttery OlivesPitted and sliced Kalamata olives
- β1 lb Marinated Chicken BreastGrilled or baked
- β1/4 cup Crumbly Feta CheeseCrumble into small pieces
- β1 tablespoon Fresh ParsleyChopped for garnish
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced for added flavor

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs.

Grill or bake the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165Β°F.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
