- β1/4 cup Crispy Kernelscrushed potato chips
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakesgochugaru
- β1/4 cup Fried Shallotsstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Sushi Vinegardiluted with water
- β1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1/4 cup Green Onionschopped
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
