Croatian Cheesy Lasagna
A hearty, cheesy lasagna dish with a Croatian twist, featuring Manchego and light cheeses.
Ingredients
- β8-10 sheets Lasagna noodles
- β1 cup, shredded Croatian Manchego cheese
- β1 cup, shredded Light cheese
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
- β Saltto taste
- β Black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Stir in Manchego and light cheese until melted and well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of the cheese mixture. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top.

Repeat the cheese and noodle layers two more times, ending with a layer of cheese on top.

Sprinkle parsley over the top of the cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
