Egyptian-Style Turkey Kebabs
Delicious and flavorful turkey kebabs infused with the spices of Egypt, perfect for a quick and easy meal. Serve with your favorite sides or as a snack on its own.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Egyptian kebab seasoning
- ●2 tablespoons Light olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- ●1 cup Crunchy vegetables (bell peppers, onions, carrots)cut into large chunks
- ●4-6 Neck bones (optional)for added flavor

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together kebab seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cut turkey breast into 1-inch pieces and toss with kebab seasoning mixture.

Thread turkey and vegetables onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush kebabs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred.
