Egyptian-Style Baked Fattoush
A twist on the classic Middle Eastern salad, adding crispy flatbread and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces light pita breadpreferably slightly stale
- β1 bunch egyptian parsleychopped
- β2 tablespoons buttermelted
- βto taste kosher saltoptional
- β1/4 cup fresh sumacchopped
- β1/2 cup crumbled feta cheeseoptional
- β1 pint cherry tomatoeshalved
- β1 small red onionthinly sliced

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the pita bread into 1-inch pieces and toss with the melted butter until evenly coated.
