Egyptian Flaxseed Frittata
A nutritious breakfast frittata made with flaxseed and inspired by Egyptian cuisine. This dish is packed with protein and fiber to keep you energized throughout the morning.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup, shredded egyptianused in place of traditional cheese
- ●1 tablespoon flaxseedground and added as a nutritious topping
- ●6 eggs frittataused as the base of the dish

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup of light over medium heat.

Add shredded egyptian and cook until melted and slightly browned.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt.

Pour egg mixture over the skillet and cook until edges start to set.

Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
