Syrian-Style Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry with chicken, rice, and a blend of Syrian spices. Serve with a side of naan bread or pita.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 teaspoons Syrian spice blendmake sure to include cumin, coriander, and sumac
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilfor frying
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 large bell pepperchopped
- β1 large tomatochopped
- β1 cup riceuncooked
- β salt and pepperto taste
- β fresh parsleychopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.

Remove the chicken and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato.
