Chinese-Style Beef and Tomato Wrap
A twist on traditional Chinese flavors, served in a crispy wrap with tender beef and fresh tomato.
Ingredients
- β250g Beef (sirloin or ribeye)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- β1 tsp Irish butter
- β1 TomatoDiced
- β1 Wrap (flour or corn tortilla)
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1 tsp Garlic
- β1 tsp Olive oil

In a large bowl, whisk together light soy sauce, irish butter, ginger, and garlic.

Add the beef strips to the marinade and mix well.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the diced tomato to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Warm the wrap according to package instructions.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the cooked beef and tomato mixture onto the center of the wrap.
