Pan-Seared Skirt Steak with Stir Fry
A Japanese-inspired recipe featuring a pan-seared skirt steak served with a light stir fry.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Skirt Steakpreferably flank steak or skirt steak
- β2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1 bunch Green Onions
- β1 cup Stir Fry Vegetablessuch as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli
- β Salt and Pepperto taste

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the skillet and sear the skirt steak for 3-4 minutes per side.

4. Remove the skirt steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
