Canadian Broad Bean Noodle Stir Fry
A light and flavorful stir fry made with Canadian broad beans, noodles, and a hint of mustardy taste.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, trimmed and sliced Canadian broad beans
- β8 oz, cooked according to package instructions noodles
- β2 tbsp light soy sauce
- β1 tsp mustardy sauce (or Dijon mustard)
- β1 tsp grated ginger
- β1/4 cup, chopped green onions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced broad beans and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the broad beans.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mustardy sauce, and grated ginger.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and broad beans, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
