Almond Crumble Cake
A moist almond cake topped with a crunchy crumble made with almonds and a hint of nutty flavor.
Ingredients

- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup unsalted buttermelted
- β1/4 cup light brown sugar
- β crumble ingredients
- β1/2 cup almondschopped
- β1/2 cup all-purpose floursifted
- β1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and light brown sugar.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the crumble topping by mixing together almonds, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt.
