British Walnut Pudding
A traditional British dessert made with ground walnuts and steamed to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 cup ground walnutslight, nutty
- β1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup brown sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup milk
- β2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Fold in the ground walnuts.

Pour the mixture into 4 (1/2 cup) ramekins or small cups.

Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
