- β1 bunch Mulukhiyahstems and leaves
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 tsp Red Curry Powder
- β1 tsp Turmeric
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- β2 cups Vegetable Broth
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
