Pan-Seared Cashew Crusted Salmon

- β1/2 cup Light Cashew
- β1/4 cup Roasted Cashew
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Pepper
- β1 tsp Garlic Powder

Rinse the salmon fillet and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a food processor, grind the light cashew and roasted cashew into a fine crumb.
