Brazilian Inspired Stir Fry
A light and romantic stir fry dish with Brazilian flair, featuring the flavors of ginger and a variety of spices.
Ingredients
- β2 inches Gingerpeeled and sliced
- β1 cup Bamboo shootscanned or fresh
- β1 cup Red bell peppersliced
- β1 cup Red onionsliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Stir-fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Coconut oilfor frying
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and red onion, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and the shoots are coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
