Spanish Cornbread
A crispy cornbread infused with the flavors of Spain, perfect for a snack or light meal.

- β1/2 cup Light
- β2 tablespoons Spanish
- β1 cup Pilaf
- β2 Eggs
- β1 cup Milk
- β1/2 cup Cheese
- β4 tablespoons Butter
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together cornmeal, Spanish, and salt.
