Spanish Catalana Crema Stuffed Tofu
A fusion twist on traditional tofu dishes, this Spanish Catalana Crema Stuffed Tofu features a silky crema filling, wrapped in a light and crispy Spanish-style tofu.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Extra-Firm Tofu
- β1 cup Spanish-Style Crema
- β2 tbsp Catalana Olive Tapenade
- β1 cup Light Breading Mix
- β1 tsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

3. In a shallow dish, mix the crema and olive tapenade.

4. Cut the tofu in half lengthwise and fill each half with the crema mixture.

5. In a separate shallow dish, mix the light breading mix and olive oil.

6. Coat each tofu half in the breading mix, pressing gently to adhere.

7. Place the breaded tofu halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
