Thai Chicken Toast
A simple recipe for a delicious Thai-inspired chicken toast. The combination of crispy chicken and flavorful sauce on top of toasted bread is a perfect snack.

- β1 tbsp fish sauce
- β1 tbsp lime juice
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β2 cloves garlic
- β4 slices bread

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
