Mulukhiyah Pilaf
A flavorful Middle Eastern-inspired pilaf dish featuring the unique mulukhiyah leafy green. This recipe is a great way to experience the rich flavors of the Middle East.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups, chopped mulukhiyah
- ●1 cup italian pilaf
- ●2 cups lightly aerated water
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●1 medium, chopped onion
- ●2 cloves, minced garlic
- ●2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.

Add chopped mulukhiyah and cook until wilted.
