Indian-Style Reblochon Tart
A creamy, savory tart perfect for dinner, inspired by Indian cuisine. The reblochon cheese adds a rich, nutty flavor.
Ingredients

- ●1 sheet Puff pastrythawed
- ●1 large Sliced onionsthinly sliced
- ●1 tsp Garam masalaground spice blend
- ●1/2 tsp Cumin seedswhole

- ●chopped (for garnish) Fresh cilantrooptional

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the pastry to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a skillet, sauté the sliced onions over medium heat until lightly caramelized.

Sprinkle the garam masala and cumin seeds over the onions; stir to combine.

Place the reblochon cheese on one half of the pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.

Top the cheese with the onion mixture.

Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
