Baked Turkish Eggplant
A delicious and flavorful Turkish-inspired eggplant dish, made by baking eggplant with garlic, olive oil, and spices.
Ingredients

- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper
- β1 tsp paprika

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the eggplant and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Bake the eggplant in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.

While the eggplant is baking, mince the garlic and set aside.

Once the eggplant is done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Scoop the eggplant flesh out of the skin and into a bowl.
