Buttery Gulab Jamun Snack
A sweet and indulgent Indian-inspired snack made with gulab jamun and lightly buttery goodness.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Melted Butter
- ●1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- ●1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powderoptional
- ●2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F (190°C).

Open the package of gulab jamun and gently place them in the hot oil.

Fry the gulab jamun until they turn golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried gulab jamun from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder (if using).

Drizzle the butter mixture over the fried gulab jamun.
