Grilled Brazilian Skewers with Charred Myeongnan

Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Myeongnanlightly charred
- β1 cup Lightly Charred Vegetablessuch as bell peppers and onions
- β2 tablespoons Roefor garnish
- β2 tablespoons Brazilian Spice Blendmake your own with chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor brushing skewers
